First week

My goal for weight loss is eating healthier and eating foods I enjoy in moderation. I also want to exercise. This is a challenge as my little guy wont sleep. Exercising will have to do on the weekends when my husband is home.  I am going to start off slow and walk for an hour on my treadmill

Weigh in : I weighed myself in the morning to get an accurate weight. I'am currently 138.4 pounds. This is the heaviest I ever been in my life. My goal is to lose 10 pounds by the end of April but overall I would like to lose 20 pounds in total.

These pictures were taken on January 15 2017. My next official weigh in will be next month on February 16 2017. I plan on weighing myself every month. I have no set weight loss by the end of each month as long as I'm losing at the end.

Motivational day

I figure I'll start a blog to help lose my postpartum weight. I hope to have time to write once a week about my journey to weight loss. I'll begin by sharing my weight previous to getting pregnant.

I was pretty fit, had a killer stomach no pooch and weighed 120 pounds. No stretch marks on tummy, hips, or thighs.  I loved my body and felt so proud of it.

My pregnancy began and I was overjoyed. I absolutly loved being pregnant. It wasn't until the third trimester where I began to see faint stretch marks. I really thought that my cocoa cream was going to help prevent marks but it didn't.  Now I have them all over my body.

The feelings I have about my new body... yes it's a reminder of my beautiful son I carried but it also makes me feel not as confident as I was before . My goal is to get back to my weight prior to pregnancy. I will do an official weigh in tomorrow and begin my healthy jorney into change.
